ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by Mr.R.Gurusamy seeking for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith pay the unpaid ADADA amount of Rs.1388/- along with the interest of Rs.30,213/- to the petitioner as remitted by the second respondent now lying with the third respondent herein along with the further accrued and accumulated interest thereon.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has stated that although a letter was sent to her client seeking instructions in the matter, she has not received any response till date.

3. Therefore, when there is no response from the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for no instructions.
