The matter is listed today, under the caption, " for reporting compliance".

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was already referred to Mediation vide order dated 08.02.2023. Inspite of the information given by the respondent police, the defacto complainant/wife was not appeared before the mediation on 15.02.2023, but the petitioner's were appeared on the said date.

3. A perusal of the same reveals that there was a family dispute pending between the parties. The same has to be solved by filing proper application before the appropriate forum.

4. In view of the above, the compliance is hereby recorded and no further orders is required.
