No.12825 of 2021 on the file of SRO Avinashi and consequently the 3rd respondent may be directed to strike of power of attorney dated 08.10.2021 registered as Doc. No.12825 of 2021 from the books of the Sub-Registrar, Avinashi and to further direct to incorporate in the encumbrance certificate about the cancellation of power dated 08.10.2021 registered as document No.12825 of 2021.

W.P.No.4690 of 2022 :Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Prohibition,

prohibiting the 3rd respondent or anybody claiming through or under the 3rd respondent from registering any document in respect of the schedule mentioned properties on the strength of power of attorney dated 08.10.2021 registered as document No.12825 of 2021.

Pleader for R1 to R3 COMMON ORDER When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both writ petitions restricts his prayer that it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the law enforcing agency as well as other authorities (both civil and criminal) to seek the reliefs as sought for. 2.In view of the limited reliefs sought for by the petitioner as well as recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case grants liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, both these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
