Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents, particularly that of the first respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.J5/2008 dated 25.6.2008, which was received by the petitioner on 5.1.2009, quash the same as illegal, unlawful and against the principles of natural justice, besides ultra vires and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the service benefits in terms of G.O.No.119 dt. 20.6.1995, within the time frame to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
