This Application has been filed to bring on record M.Selvi as legal representative of the deceased 2nd defendant L.Vijaya, as 3rd defendant in Tr.C.S.No.1144 of 2009.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause title of the plaint.
