Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) either through RTGS/NEFT or in cash in favour of Tamilnadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court Madras, Indian Bank, High court Branch, A/C NO.484026006, IFSC CODE:IDIB000M157 in CRL OP.667/2021 dated 21.01.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court on 21.01.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.667 of 2021 directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court, Madras.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a poor man and he is not in a position to mobilise the said amount to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is exempted from paying Rs.15,000/-. However other conditions remain. Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the other conditions imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
