ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the matter of civil dispute between the petitioner and his rival paraties. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is a sale agreement between the petitioners and one Prema. The sale agreement could not be proceeded with for the reason that Prema has not given revenue records of the document. However, on the basis of the complaint allegedly given by Sivaraman, son of Prema, respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners.
3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, as of now there is no complaint given by Sivaraman or Prema against the petitioners. Petitioners alone give a representation. 4.Considered the submissions and perused the records.
5.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that there is no First Information Report or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners and petitioners are not required for any enquiry, this Court is of the view that it is not necessary to pass any orders in this petition.
