This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 26.10.2016, passed by this court in W.P.No.37428 of 2016.

2. When the matter earlier came up for consideration on 13.11.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents filed a calculation memo and reported that the entire amounts due and payable to the petitioner had already been paid. In view of the same, the matter was adjourned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner to verify.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the respondents have complied with the order dated 26.10.2016, passed by this court in W.P.No.37428 of 2016, however seeks liberty to agitate grievance, if any, remains of the petitioner.
