Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the above condition imposed to appear before the respondent police after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the courts normal functioning whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month until further orders by this Honble court in Crl.M.P.No.4787/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33913 of 2019 dated 13.08.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUNDHARSAN, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.

KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police, after lifting of the lock down or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4787 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33913 of 2019, dated 13.08.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4787 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33913 of 2019, dated 13.08.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
