ORDER

Challenging the order issued by the first respondent vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2229/09 (B1) dated 08.04.2009, the petitioners have come up with this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. According to the petitioners, the first respondent without issuing any notice to them, has passed the impugned order, thereby cancelling the patta No.115, with respect to their property in Survey No.33/1. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioners are before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that a Civil suit is already pending with respect to the property in question and hence, this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Civil Court concerned for appropriate relief, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no serious objection.

4. Granting such liberty to the petitioners, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
