ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2.Today when the case was taken up for hearing, the respondent has filed a copy of letter dated 17.03.2022 bearing reference No.2728/2021F1. As per the aforesaid letter, the petitioners are required to pay certain amounts towards SubDivision Charges, Inspection Charges and Compound wall Charges and for the Vacant Land. The petitioner is directed to pay the amount as stipulated in the aforesaid letter within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment being made by the petitioners, the respondent shall consider the petitioner's plan for approving the layout of housing sites in S.No.670, measuring to an extent of 1.00 acre of Ayanambakkam Village, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3.This writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
