ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the legality of the suspension order dated 17.8.2004.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as the petitioner has reached the age of 61 years now, nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. Recording her submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.35506 of 2004 is also dismissed. No costs.
