Crl.M.P.No.2775 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20378 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the Court in pursuance to Crl.O.P.No.20378 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of one week time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20378 of 2020. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
