M/S.Dayasadan v. The Madras Pinjrapole

C.M.P.No.1770 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.SR.64871 of 2021 P.T. ASHA, J, The petitioner Society was earlier represented by one Sri Harkrishnan Javer, who was the then Secretary, passed away and thereafter, a Resolution was passed on 26.06.2021 to appoint the petitioner Mr.Dayasadan as General Secretary of the Society.

Therefore, this petition is filed to accept the cause title and to permit the petitioner to file the revision.
