JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Satish K. Agnihotri, J.,) The instant intra-Court appeal arises from the order dated 12.3.2015 passed in M.P. No. 2 of 2015 in W.P.No. 7047 of 2015 whereby and whereunder, the learned single Judge refused to grant stay of the order dated 27.2.2015 passed by the second respondent.

2. On a perusal of the documents, we are of the view that the appellant/writ petitioner may make a fresh application for modification/amendment of the said order passed by the learned single Judge, if so advised. The appellant/ writ petitioner may also make a request for early disposal of the main writ petition pending before the learned single Judge.
