ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 4 and 7 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representation dated 25.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner had submitted his representation dated 25.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 6. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the seventh respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 8 to 13, notice to respondents 8 to 13 is dispensed with by this Court.
4.No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from respondents 8 to 13 as well as any other party whom the third respondent deems it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to respondents 8 to 13 and also to any other party, whom the third respondent deems it fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, respondents 4 to 6 shall conduct survey
and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the third respondent, the seventh respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
