This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.97 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 147, 148, 447, 294(b), 324 & 502(2) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.97 of 2018 and has also filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance by the Trial Court.
