Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for all the connected records in the impugned orders in proceedings R.C.No.2760/A1/2019 dated 21.10.2019 of the District Educational Officer, Udayarpalayam and to quash the same ; consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to provide the petitioner with the appointment of Junior Assistant by way of transfer of Appointment in his zone or in any other zone where vacancies are available from the present post of "Office Assistant".
