This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C No.44 of 2020. 2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, to expedite the trial in C.C No.44 of 2020 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
