This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.04/2021 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police station and proceed the same as per law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that instruction has been given by one Pushparani, the Inspector https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Police of the respondent police station that the investigation in Crime No.04/2021 has been completed and the charge sheet has been made ready and likely to be filed. 3.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
