This Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue the Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent order bearing NA.KA.No.661/07/A3 dated on 22.07.2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner applications dated on 07.07.2008 and 27.04.2009 in accordance with law in favor of the petitioner.
