O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 02.01.2013 of the petitioner on the file of the Office of the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 2 to 9.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the respondents 2 to 9 and giving an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
