The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to consider his request for transfer from Aviation Department to any other department in the corporation by considering his representations dated 24.11.2014 and 05.12.2014.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence nothing survives for adjudication.
