The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent has already completed the investigation in Crime No.223 of 2014 and filed final report before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabing, Allikulam, Chennai, on 19.11.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
