PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure pleased to issue a direction, directing the respondent to file the charge sheet for FIR in Crime No.469 of 2021 on the file of Koothanallur Police Station expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction, directing the respondent to file the charge sheet for FIR in Crime No.469 of 2021 on the file of Koothanallur Police Station expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time. 2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter is relating to the impersonation, fabrication of documents and forgery. He would also submit that the respondents are awaiting the lab report. Further, on instructions from one Anandhakrishnan, Inspector of Police attached to the first respondent Police Station, he would submit that the final report will be filed within a period of two months.

3.Recording the same, the petition stands disposed of and the respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from today.
