Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to execute the statutory order passed by the third respondent under Section 78 of the HR & CE Act, 1959 in Na.Ka.No.3760/2021/A4 dated 28.07.2021 and remove the encroachment of the sixth respondent from the marriage hall in Survey No.298/5, Kandarathitham Village, Ariyaloor Taluk and District belonging to Sri Karuppaswamy Ayyanar temple, Kandirathitham village, Thirumalappadi Via Thirumanoor Union, Ariyalur District.
