Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7214/A2/2007 dated 01.12.2008 quash the same and direct the respondent to issue an appointment order to the petitioner as a Secondary Grade Teacher on the basis of the petitioner's selection on 28.2.2008.
