ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.256 of 2022 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time as stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.256 of 2022 as man missing case.

4.The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636]. 2/4

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
