3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has stated no objection in ordering this petition.

4. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and also consider the no objection stated on behalf of the respondents, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered.
