Since this Court by order dated 15.10.2014 directed the petitioner to write the sixth semester examination scheduled to be commenced from 24.10.2016 on payment of the examination fee, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been granted. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence this writ petition is closed. If there is no other impediment for the first respondent, the first respondent is at liberty to publish the result of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
