Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, since the detenu has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
