Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Tahsildar, the 3rd respondent dated .10.2003 made in e/f/3613-2003m4 for demanding a payment of deficiency in stamp duty of Rs.9984/- relating to the document registered in Document No.753/98 on the file of the 4th respondent and quash the same as null and void and direct the respondents to return the Document No.753/98 to the petitioner within a reasonable time.
