ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation on 20.10.2016 seeking reconveyance of the land, which was acquired decades ago, based upon the order passed in the case of similarly placed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

persons in G.O.Ms.No.70 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 01.03.2007. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.Though the petitioner has come to the Court, belatedly taking into consideration the order passed in G.O.Ms.No.70 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 01.03.2007, without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 20.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
