The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Sole respondent namely Sadasivam and rank them as respondents 2 & 3 in the above Civil Revision petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Issue Notice to the proposed respondents 2 & 3 through Court as well as privately, returnable by 11.04.2022.

4. Post the case on 11.04.2022 25.03.2022 vm Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
