Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2001 for retrospectively regularizing his service in the post of Office Assistant for the purpose of granting pension to him under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1978 within a stipulated period of time.
