ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.10.2022 and 10.05.2024,

requesting the respondents to allow the exchange of lands.

2. The petitioner claims that R.S.No.210 is owned by him and patta also stands in his name. Since the respondents are initiating action against the petitioner, on account of the petitioner's encroachment in R.S. No.214, the petitioner through his representations dated 07.10.2022 and 10.05.2024 has given an offer to the fourth respondent to exchange his patta land in R.S. No.210 with the land in R.S. No.214 of the respondents. Since the representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations dated 07.10.2022 and 10.05.2024.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's

representations dated 07.10.2022 and 10.05.2024, seeking for exchange of land in R.S. No.214 with the petitioner's patta land in R.S.No.210 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
