W.P.No.2879 of 2019 and W.M.P.No. 3328 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The petitioner is seeking a right to continue possession. He is neither in possession nor has been recognized with any status by the respondents. An order has been passed against the petitioner to vacate and handed over the possession of the premises at S.No. 89/1, Block No.04, Door No.81D Srinivasaperumal Sannathi Street, Peters Road, Royapetah, Chennai which measures to an extent of 1225 sq.ft. By this writ petition, the petitioner seek disposal of a review application by which an order already passed by the first respondent is sought to be revisited. This review petition was filed on 05.02.2020 (Yesterday). This writ petition was also filed simultaneously on 05.02.2020 (Yesterday).

2. The petitioner cannot ride two horses at the same time. At any rate, the learned counsels takes notice on behalf of the respondents. It is also stated that the petitioner is in arrears which runs to Rs.15,00,000/-. It is also complained that he has sublet 1/4

portions of the building unauthorizedly, which is also being questioned by the respondents. It also appears that there is another Petition in W.P.No. 17344 of 2019.

In view of all these facts, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- directly to the Executive Officer, Periyapalayathamman Temple, Royapettah, Chennai, on or before 14.02.2020. If the payment is paid by 16.02.2020, the review may be heard and Orders have to be passed within 10 working days from the date of payment. The first respondent may pass orders based on the representation.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner's status has been questioned by the respondents themselves, it is reiterated they shall be pass orders in the review application within 10 days from the date of making the payment of Rs.10,00,000/- to the third respondent.
