ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the bail order condition passed in No.7369/Tha.Ku.2/2024 dated 13.01.2025 by the second respondent, to report before the Inspector of Police, Melapalayam, once in a month, instead of every day, to secure the ends of justice parity with coaccused. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the condition imposed by the second respondent, directing the petitioner to report daily before the respondent Police, is being regularly complied with. 3.In consideration of such a submission, the order passed by the second respondent dated 13.01.2025, imposing the condition on the petitioner to report once in a day is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month. 4.With the above modification, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
