This petition has been filed to amend the IPC Sections 302, 364, 120B of IPC in Cr.No.337 of 2023 instead of under Sections 302 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.1595 of 2024.

2. In view of the alteration of the offence from Section 302 IPC to Sections 302, 364 and 120B of IPC, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry may carryout necessary amendments in the petition and list the main matter on 08.02.2024.
