2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition since sufficient cause has been shown for seeking amendment.

3. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment accordingly and post the writ petition for final disposal on 06.01.2026.
