ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in respect of allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petition enquiry is alone pending with the respondent police in Current Paper No.394/DSP/DCB/TVLR/2021.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), considering the facts and circumstances of the case in order to redress the grievance addressed by the petitioner, it would be appropriate to issue some direction to the respondent for completing the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
