This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27892 of 2023 dated 13.12.2023 in Crime No.628 of 2023 pending on the file of respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 29.02.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
