ORDER

The petitioner, who is the respondent in W.P.No.38264 of 2024, has filed this petition seeking leave to file a petition to recall the order dated 18.12.2024. This Court, by order dated 18.12.2025 had allowed W.P.No.38264 of 2024. This order has been obtained by the 1st respondent herein/writ petitioner by totally suppressing the earlier writ petition filed by him in W.P.No.20814 of 2014 seeking the very same relief and on the basis of the very same representation dated 21.12.2023 that had been dismissed with a direction to approach the civil court.

Taking note of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner is granted. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
