K.Meenakshi ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the issue of the communication in proceedings bearing No.SCSS/RHK/Claim/011/DLGS dated at Chennai 600 017, 01.12.2008 duly issued by the Senior Superintendent of Posts, Chennai City Central Division, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017, the 1st respondent herein to the petitioner in claiming that the fixed deposits will be disbursed in favour of 3rd respondent, without any reference to the petitioner provided that the prohibitory orders are not obtained within 10 days and quash the same.
