R.C.No.412/B/2011, and dated 12.09.2014 in his R.C.No.448/B/2008, respectively, and quash the said demand spoken in the said letters of the respondents 1 and 2 and direct the respondents to give all assistance to the petitioners such as issuing No Objection Certificate, Sale Deed for promoting the Sale Scale Industrial Unit.
