C.M.P.No.2138 of 2022 in S.A.No.219 of 2020 CMP.No.13510 of 2021 in S.A.No.221 of 2020 P.B.BALAJI, J.

Mr.G.Ponnambalathiyagarajan, Learned Counsel takes notice for the 5th respondent in the C.M.P.No.13510 of 2021 in S.A.No.221 of 2020. He states that he has filed similar application to implead the very same proposed party namely, Umamaheswari in C.M.P.No.2138 of 2022 in S.A.No.219 of 2020. Considering that both the parties desire to implead Umamaheswari as one of the party respondent in the Second Appeal. Both the C.M.P No.2138 of 2022 in S.A.No.219 of 2020 and C.M.P.No.13510 of 2021 in S.A.No.13510 of 2021 are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

2. In C.M.P.No.13510 of 2021 in S.A.No.221 of 2020 apart from seeking to implead the said Umamaheswari, the Tahsildar, Anaimalai Taluk, is also sought to be impleaded on the ground that Pollachi has been bifurcated and the properties are now situated within jurisdiction of Anaimalai Taluk. Hence, both the third party Umamaheswari as well as Tahsildar, Anaimalai Taluk are impleaded as respondent in S.A.No.221 of 2020. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. In S.A.No.219 of 2020, the said Umamaheswari alone is impleaded. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Second Appeal.

4. It is brought to my notice by Mr.A.S.Vijayaragavan, Learned Counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 that he has taken out another application to amend the plaint in S.A.No.221 of 2020 (O.S.No.293 of 2016). Registry is directed to put up the said application.

5. Post this matter on 11.03.2023, for filing counter if any. 26.02.2024 bsm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/2
