This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.23 of 2025, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the first respondent is ready with the final report, in which four employees of the petitioner alone were shown as accused.

At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and an endorsement is also made to that effect, seeking liberty to file a better petition on behalf of four employees who have been cited as accused in this case.
4. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to file a better petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
