The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable u/s. 294(b), 352, 342 of IPC r/w Section 3[i][vi] & 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Ordinance Act 2014, seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge *(P.C.R. Cases), Thanjavur, to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on surrendering before that court, on the same day and dispose of the same in Crime No.285/2014 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge *(P.C.R.cases), Thanjavur, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge *(P.C.R.cases), Thanjavur to consider the bail application of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate order on the same day of his surrender.
