ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings bearing Letter No.16823/HL2/2018-6 dated 14.05.2019 on the file of the first respondent within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner bearing Letter No.16823/HL2/2018-6 dated 14.05.2019 on the file of the first respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
