ORDER

2. Review petition is completely misconceived. There is no averment made in the review petition that the condition, subject to which order of stay was passed, was complied with.

3. Neither before this Court, the date on which the case was taken on 16.12.2025 and order was passed, there was any material, nor in the review petition before this Court, there is a statement on affidavit that the condition was in fact complied with.

4. Review Petition is dismissed.
